Research On The Profit Model Of Company B From The Perspective Of Finance

With the vigorous development of the online entertainment industry,the user scale of the video platform has expanded and user activity has improved.The arrival of the 5G era brings new opportunities for the rapid development of the video industry.It is estimated that by 2025,the number of online video users in China will reach 1.21 billion,and the income will exceed 1.9 trillion yuan,forming a huge demand for entertainment consumption market.In order to meet the diversified and personalized needs of users,it is essential to explore new profit models,which not only helps enterprises to obtain competitive advantages,but also provides new ideas and directions for the development of the industry.How to build a profit model,attract user groups,maintain user loyalty and enhance core competitiveness is more and more important for online video enterprises.Company B in recent years to speed up the pace of the profit model to explore,to different industries in financing as well as implement diversification strategy layout,but the exploration of the road is still facing multiple difficulties,study the profit pattern of company B,have certain reference significance for its future strategic planning and direction of network video industry in China has a positive significance.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis to introduce the research background and significance,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the profit model and the research content of this paper.From the perspective of finance,company B's unique profit model is taken as the innovation point for in-depth research.The relevant concepts and elements of the profit model are discussed in detail,and the profit model analysis framework based on the financial perspective is built.The case of company B is introduced to study and introduce its operating status.Based on the theory of five elements of the profit model,the structure of its profit model is elaborated in detail.From the perspective of finance,based on financial data and other materials,combined with the elements of the profit model,the status quo of company B's profit model is deeply analyzed.Through the research,it is found that under the existing profit model,company B has some problems,such as unbalanced income structure,high cost,gradual rise of financial risk and poor profitability,and the reasons are deeply analyzed.Based on the results of the analysis from the financial perspective,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as balancing revenue distribution,controlling cost and expense,optimizing capital structure and strengthening profit barrier.Finally,based on the full-text analysis of company B's existing profit model,the existing problems and proposed countermeasures to summarize the conclusions.
