| Industrial Internet is a novel industrial production pattern with a significant value for the transformation and upgrading of the industry.As an important basic for Industrial Internet,industrial networks consist of industrial filed network and industrial backbone network in general.Industrial filed network is generally composed of fieldbus,industrial Ethernet and industrial wireless network and is usually used for information acquisition and decision control in production process.Industrial backbone network undertakes an important connection pivot between the industrial production field and the Internet.With the maturity of the next generation Internet IPv6 technology,IPv6 backbone network is widely deployed in factories to complete the transmission tasks.Considering the complexity of industrial production process,a single network cannot satisfy the requests of production process and industrial network is generally composed of heterogeneous network formed by a variety of networks.Therefore,it is significant for the interconnection between industrial field network and IPv6 backbone network,but there is a lack of unified protocol conversion equipment to support heterogeneous network communication.Due to the characteristics of industrial network,the networking and communication between different network equipment are relatively difficult.There is still a lack of special research on how to realize the industrial field network fusion networking and communication.In view of this,this thesis designs an equipment that supports protocol conversion between industrial field network and IPv6 backbone network,and proposes a fusion networking and communication method in industrial field network,which can realize the interconnection between heterogeneous networks while maintaining the characteristics of industrial data.The main work of this thesis is organized as follows:1.This thesis analyzes the existing research results and related technologies of WIAPA,Modbus and IPv6 networks,and summarizes the problems that need to be solved in data transmission between industrial field network and IPv6 backbone network.2.A fusion networking and communication method in industrial field network is proposed in this thesis.The protocol conversion between industrial field network and IPv6 backbone network can be realized through the industrial heterogeneous network protocol conversion equipment.Meanwhile,IPv6 flow label is designed for the protocol identification of cross-network data flow.Multi-protocol adaptive fusion networking and communication is realized through this method.3.A protocol conversion equipment between industrial field network and IPv6 backbone network is designed in this thesis,including the overall scheme,and software and hardware scheme.A protocol conversion method is designed in the protocol conversion equipment,including packet sending and receiving process and network adapter queue forwarding.The industrial heterogeneous network protocol conversion equipment is implemented,including cross-network communication,data forwarding,parallel processing,SDN management interface and other functions.Meanwhile,the protocol conversion between WIA-PA and IPv6,Modbus and IPv6 are implemented,including frame format conversion,priority mapping,address translation and flow label identification.4.An experimental platform is built to test the function and performance of the protocol conversion equipment between industrial field network and IPv6 backbone network.The protocol conversion,SDN management interface and other related functions are tested.In addition,the thesis tests the time of protocol conversion and resource occupancy of the equipment,and analyzes the test results.The test results show that the protocol conversion equipment between industrial field network and IPv6 backbone network that researched in this thesis can realize the intercommunication of heterogeneous networks.The priority and industrial characteristics of the industrial data transmitted in the IPv6 backbone network are guaranteed.Meanwhile,the research in this thesis has a certain reference value for the development of Industrial Internet. |
