Disassembly and assembly class teaching experiments not only help students train their skills,but also help them understand the structure and principles of equipment,which is an important practical link for mechanical majors.However,the existing teaching guidance methods have the problems of weak sense of presence and poor real-time performance.The thesis takes the disassembly of molds as an example,and uses augmented reality technology to develop a disassembly and assembly experiment guidance system that can run offline on a mobile smart terminal.The system better reflects the visual effect of combining virtuality with reality,and can effectively improve the quality of disassembly and assembly experiments.The main work and results are as following:(1)The problems and requirements for the development of the disassembly and assembly experimental guidance system was analyzed,which determined the basic requirements for self-development,cross-platform application and smooth operation on ordinary mobile smart terminals.The development scheme of Vuforia+Unity 3D augmented reality system based on the marker was selected,the overall framework of the disassembly and assembly guidance system was planned based on this basis.(2)According to Vuforia's recognition mechanism for tracking registration marks,three sets of square marks with the same outer frame and different internal images were designed.And an experiment was designed and built to detect the quantitative index of tracking registration mark.The final mark was optimized according to the measured positive limit distance,positive jitter distance and maximum deflection angle.(3)According to the overall development plan,the development of a disassembly and assembly guidance system that integrated disassembly and assembly experiment self-study and on-site guidance was completed.The display strategy of using the hidden technology to hide the non-detached 3D model and semi-transparent rendering of the plug-in disassembly component model was proposed,which achieved the combination of virtuality and reality required for on-site disassembly and assembly guidance.(4)Taking the disassembly of the mold as an object,the experimental guidance system for the disassembly and assembly of equipment based on augmented reality technology was tested,which found the system can better guide users to preview,on-site practice and review the experiments of disassembly and assembly of equipment,it effectively improved the teaching effect of equipment assembly and disassembly experiments,and provided a reference example for the application of augmented reality technology in engineering education.
