This project mainly solves the contradiction between the backward transportation scheme and the high production demand in the production line of automobile engine box parts through the design and research of truss mechanism and transportation scheme.The main research and design contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the production status of the production line is analyzed and the production,quality and safety index parameters are collected,and the space size,mechanism composition and layout form of truss manipulator and conveying device are determined,and the box body composed of transplanting mechanism,type inspection mechanism,box posture turnover mechanism,and product horizontal transfer mobile roller table mechanism is established class parts auxiliary transportation scheme.Secondly,the paper calculates and conceives the truss manipulator mechanism,theoretically analyzes the difficulties of the dynamic speed control of the conveying mechanism,and obtains the optimal conveying parameters.According to the collected index parameters,the manipulator x is designed,Y-axis mechanism,select and check the servo motor,rack and guide rail,analyze and design the logic circuit and network control system to meet the production operation.Finally,the simulation analysis and verification of the truss manipulator mechanism and conveying mechanism are carried out,and the performance indexes such as conveying speed,reciprocating precision,maximum stroke and lifting weight of the truss manipulator are verified by experiments,and the actual operation and verification of logic circuit,network control,safety protection and auxiliary mechanism are carried out.This design scheme mainly includes the theoretical analysis and design of the main mechanism and supporting transmission mechanism of the truss manipulator and the conveying scheme,the theoretical analysis of the dynamic speed control of the conveying mechanism,the design and selection of the components such as motor,rack and guide rail,logical analysis and program design of the electrical operation system and the design of the page,the drawing design of the protection and maintenance mechanism,and the mechanical mobile phone dynamic simulation analysis of the structure,experimental planning and verification of the mechanical functionality and operational logic of the truss manipulator.Through simulation analysis and experimental verification,it is proved that this scheme can solve the contradiction between the backward transportation scheme and the high capacity demand in the production line of automobile engine box parts.
