Research And Design Of Truss Manipulator Control System Of Intelligent Yarn Logistics System

With the development of the industrial control field,the automation technology of various types of workshops has been continuously innovated,and the efficiency of the logistics transportation system in the workshop has increased significantly.Therefore,the need for automation of logistics equipment becomes more and more important.Under this background,this paper studies and designs an intelligent yarn logistics control system based on programmable logic controller.This paper designs a control system for handling the yarn in the logistics system,which is mainly composed of two sets of handling machinery equipment,such as a traverse system and a truss manipulator.At the beginning of the design of the control system,the process flow of the logistics handling equipment was understood and analyzed in detail,and the control system in the logistics handling equipment was divided into hardware and software for research and design.In the hardware part of the control system,the traverse control system uses Schneider M218 series programmable controllers,the motor movement is controlled by the frequency converter,the truss manipulator control system uses Schneider M241 series programmable controllers,and the servo motors are used to control the vertical and vertical Pan,precise movement in three directions.In the software design of the control system,the main program of the control system is divided into manual and automatic modes,and the screens of the cloud platform and touch screen are configured and written.The truss manipulator control system of the intelligent yarn material logistics system designed in this paper has reached the electrical parameters and mechanical indexes after the laboratory is unloaded and debugged and installed on site.
