The Vibration Characteristic Research Of TZG/Y-165 Iron Roughneck Truss Arm

Iron roughneck is widely used in the development of oil drilling offshore platform. The positioning accuracy of iron roughneck arm plays an important role in achieving the drilling process automation. Based on the detailed research of domestic and overseas iron roughneck technical information, combine with the Bohai Equipment Manufacturing Company’s cooperation project “the development of TZG/Y-165 iron roughneck”. We put forward the technology solutions of TZG/Y-165 iron roughneck. Aimed at analyzing the vibration characteristics of the expansion device process of TZG/Y-165 iron roughneck truss arm,which have important theoretical and practical significance in realizing the reasonable structure design and automation accurate positioning of truss arm.Based on the parameters requirements of TZG/Y-165 iron roughneck, we proposed design solution of spinner pliers, clamping pliers, the base and the truss arm, virtual design and assembly for major component of truss arm is completed by using 3D software Solid Works, calculate the specific parameters of telescopic and hydraulic cylinder. By analyzing mechanical arm forced vibration from modal, modal participation factors,frequency response to vibration power spectral density, get the influence of mechanical arm natural frequency on system vibration. The dynamics simulation software ADAMS is used to analyze the system dynamics simulation analysis, analyzing the mechanical arm bar stress and motion trajectory between rigid-flexible coupling model and rigid model. Based on the movement of the cam theory by changing motion parameters and structural parameters to reduce moving errors of mechanical arm end.
