With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous progress of society,information is more and more valued by various countries and become an important resource.As the most important information receiving device,the development of space antenna attracts more and more attention from various countries.The circular truss deployable antenna because of its folding ratio,simple structure,large caliber,and the quality will not increase with the antenna diameter range increases too much and a series of advantages,so that the circular truss antenna has broad application prospects,has been more and more countries concerned.Based on the design of the ring truss antenna,the theoretical analysis of the antenna is carried out,which can provide a reference for future antenna research.This thesis completed the circular truss deployable antenna mechanism was designed,and the three-dimensional modeling of antenna mechanism by using Pro/E software,the basic unit of the D-H parameter method of antenna mechanism based on kinematics is analyzed,finally the analysis of the unit of the circular truss antenna mechanism based on the kinematic.At the same time,the basic unit of antenna mechanism was analyzed by using ADAMS software,the basic unit of antenna mechanism in the course of development of the velocity and acceleration of the expansion rod.The existence of error will cause the mechanism in the process of movement cannot follow the scheduled trajectory,considering the effect of error gap error of antenna rod machining error and hinge of the two aspects of the antenna development mechanism,through the detailed analysis of the machining error gap parts and hinges,when the antenna mechanism can be normal when the maximum gap allowed by the antenna mechanism hinge.The structural dynamic analysis and modal analysis of the annular truss antenna mechanism are carried out by ANSYS,and the first ten natural frequencies of the antenna mechanism are obtained,and the results are analyzed;considering the influence of different materials and different antenna mechanism for sectional area frequency,completed with different materials and different cross-sectional area,change of natural frequency antenna mechanism;finally use ANSYS to optimize the antenna mechanism.In this thesis,the dynamic analysis,error analysis,modal analysis and structural optimization of the annular truss deployable antenna mechanism are studied,and achieved the stage results,which can provides some theoretical basis and reference for the subsequent researchers engaged in the research of ring truss deployable antenna.
