As the crystallization of human labor practice and thinking,knowledge has accumulated over the long history.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the rapid development of the Internet has facilitated the dissemination of information.Knowledge,a high-value product with scarcity,now is easy to obtain.Thanks to the network communication technology,lots of knowledge is at fingertips for the public,everyone has become both the knowledge creator and receiver.But it is worth noting that the internet is a double-edged sword.On the one hand,the Internet carries the needs of knowledge transfer between individuals and organizations,and provides instant knowledge services for the society.On the other hand,the wanton dissemination of digitalized knowledge on the Internet has seriously damaged the copyright and property rights of knowledge creators.The sharing of knowledge and the protection of creators' rights are a group of multiple competitions and contradictions.The sharing of knowledge is conducive to the increase of social welfare,but the unbridled infringement in the process of sharing is harmful to the interests of creators,thus forming a restraining effect on knowledge creation.How to promote the sharing of knowledge in the Internet environment under the premise of protecting the legitimate rights of knowledge creators is a research topic with great practical significance.In view of this,this thesis aims to promote higher-quality,larger-scale online knowledge sharing,takes the protection of users' knowledge rights as the core,and takes the blockchain and smart contract as the technical support to build the online knowledge sharing mechanism based on the blockchain and smart contract.This mechanism includes two sub-mechanisms: the record of rights and the supervision of knowledge sharing process,which respectively solve the copyright loss and property loss.The mechanism aims to remove the obstacles of online knowledge sharing,and finally achieve the purpose of promoting knowledge sharing.First of all,the thesis combs the constituent elements,sharing methods and sharing process of online knowledge sharing,proposes a process model for online knowledge sharing,and further summarizes the infringement problems in online knowledge sharing based on literature research and practical analysis.From the analysis above,a knowledge sharing framework based on the blockchain and smart contract is designed.Secondly,using the characteristics of blockchain technology,such as anti-tampering,traceability and decentralization,the thesis designs the rights recording mechanism of knowledge sharing based on consortium blockchain,and designs the block structure of rights recording,including the content design of block head and block body.In the aspect of consensus mechanism,the improved PBFT consensus algorithm is used to design a 1/3 Byzantine Fault Tolerance block consensus scheme with high throughput and low energy consumption.The consensus nodes are divided into verification nodes and accounting nodes.From the perspective of interest balance,service provider,government,user and non-profit organization are selected as accounting nodes,and verification nodes are extracted from users based on probability model to ensure the reliability of consensus.Finally,the smart contract based on blockchain technology is used to design the process supervision mechanism of knowledge sharing.And the value of smart contract in online knowledge sharing is analyzed from the perspective of economics.The system modules of smart contract are explained,and the life cycle of smart contract for online knowledge sharing is discussed from four stages: create,deploy,execute and finalize.
