In many complex communication environments,traditional communication means,including wired transmission and wireless transmission methods based on Bluetooth,Zig Bee and so on,are restricted to varying degrees.In complex environments,especially in the cabin space,electromagnetic interference and multi-path signal reflection are easily generated.However,UWB signal has strong multi-path resolution ability and anti-lowfrequency interference ability.Therefore,this paper designs a wireless high-precision acquisition system based on the UWB wireless transceiver module,conducts customized simulation for the specific environment in which the system works,and studies antiinterference measures for complex environmental factors.On the hardware,the system adopts low power consumption design,using ADI company's AD7172-2 as the digital-to-analog conversion module,combined with low power consumption and high performance STM32 L series MCU to complete the design of wireless acquisition system.The network entry,networking and corresponding strategies are defined,and the function of data management is designed according to the data path.The method of dynamically adjusting the transmitting power of the RF module and the design of self-sleep in the idle time slot of the software layer are adopted to realize the control of dynamic power consumption.Based on the RF transceiver module with strong anti-multipath signal capability,this paper uses the adaptive channel switching method based on spectrum sensing,which can effectively select the channel with good communication condition for communication.Then,a modeling model of a specific environment was imported by ray tracing simulation method,and the line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight conditions of wireless signal transmission under the model were evaluated,so as to realize the deployment location optimization of wireless sensor nodes to reduce the impact of environmental interference.At the end of this paper,the performance of the wireless acquisition system is tested,The test results show that the analog signal acquisition accuracy of the system can reach16 bits,and the network throughput rate of 2Mbps can be achieved in the case of networking.
