The Data Link is a complex tactical information distribution system that is capable of transmitting tactical information to network nodes in real-time.Dynamic slot allocation and optimization is the core technology that affects the real-time performance of message transmission.It is also the key to solve the contradiction between limited slot resources and surge communication traffic,and has important research significance.This paper studies the steps of slot demand prediction,dynamic slot allocation and optimization.Firstly,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the slot demand of the Data Link,the dynamic slot demand prediction model of the Data Link is designed.Ada Boost algorithm based on regression model is used to get slot demand prediction results,The results of slot prediction are periodically transferred to the slot resource allocation and optimization model.Secondly,combined with the restrictive conditions such as message priority and whether the message needs to be relayed,the optimal allocation model based on maximizing the message transmission benefit is constructed.An improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the objective function in the optimal allocation model,The optimal solution is periodically transferred to NPG in the form of slot allocation table,which can guide the dynamic allocation and optimization of slot resources.The simulation of the Ada Boost slot demand prediction algorithm based on regression model is carried out by using Python.The prediction effects of Ada Boost regression algorithm,ARMA autoregressive algorithm and linear regression algorithm are compared from the fitting degree between the slot demand forecast value and the true value of time slot demand.It is concluded that the Ada Boost regression algorithm has the optimal time slot demand prediction performance.The slot optimization allocation algorithm based on genetic algorithm and improved genetic algorithm is simulated by MATLAB.The experimental results show that the improved genetic algorithm has better convergence and better real-time performance than the genetic algorithm,and is more suitable for dynamic slot allocation in Data Link systems.
