Heilongjiang Branch of China Post Group Co.,Ltd.is a branch of China Post Group.Since 1998,the post and Telecommunications government and enterprises have been operating separately,and China Post has been on the way of conforming to the market-oriented reform.In 2009,the reform of postal system was basically completed,and the post entered a new period from the traditional mixed operation mode to the branch operation.2020 is the key year for China Post to promote high-quality development,and also an important year for postal service to accelerate innovation and transformation.The post group puts forward the development direction and requirement of building the industry "national team" and realizing the secondary rise of China post from the strategic point of view.However,the marketing management mode and management level of Heilongjiang Post are far from the high standard of the group,and the mismatch with the market competition is becoming more and more prominent.The traditional marketing methods that follow in its development history need to be changed to meet the needs of enterprise development and market competition.Therefore,the improvement of customer-centered marketing system and the improvement of postal enterprise information system for precise marketing have become the only way for the high-quality development of enterprises.In this paper,by using the relevant theoretical knowledge of big data,precision marketing and user portrait,combined with the situation and task faced by Heilongjiang Post and the actual reform,the paper combs the development status of enterprises,marketing related business processes,functions and data sources of information system oriented to precision marketing,and determines the letter of Heilongjiang Post for precision marketing in the current situation The main problems of the information system in the operation thought and system function.On this basis,according to the relevant theoretical knowledge,management experience and the requirements of enterprise development,the paper demonstrates and analyzes the improvement of precision marketing business process,data source and precipitation mode,the establishment of label portrait system and the application based on marketing scenarios.This paper explores the specific implementation path of information system development,business process reengineering and system promotion and application for precision marketing,aiming at realizing the cost reduction and efficiency reduction and increasing the market competitiveness through the reorganization of business process and the improvement of information system.
