Design And Implementation Of Postal Express Mail Service Information Management System

How to cany out a sort of the closed chain collection for information (from all kinds of links about the letter sending), and then to achieve goal that it can intercommunicate with the other related service; it is the determinant whether Express Mail Service (EMS) can compete with foreign companies or not. This article's aim is to research how to set up a system for the platform of information handling, in order to adapt EMS operation and management.The thesis embarks on the background and goal of the topic research. And it bases on the design aim and the service demand of EMS operation and management. We solve some problems about the information transmission, the data accessing and the unified contact surface by planning and designing the system of EMS Integrated information processing platform, and analyzing Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), data storage, Portal and so on. Then we elaborate the system implementation plan amply and describe the situation about the EMS stations all over the country. The author raises a set of the feasible scheme, according to the project's characteristic and practical status. At the same time, we try our best to consummate scheme through discussing and investigating with our colleagues time and again. And at last, this scheme is certificated by users and approvers. This paper is continuously based on the system for the platform of information handling and surrounded with the project design to analyze, demonstrate and expatiate. So, in our opinion, it should have certain practicability. We hope it can offer some inspire to the field.
