In recent years,with the increase of national investment in education,scientific research and double first-class construction,the number of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities and scientific research institutes has risen sharply,and higher requirements have been put forward for the management of large-scale instruments and equipment.However,at present,there are many problems in domestic universities and research institutes,such as low utilization rate,low sharing rate,high idle rate and lack of advanced network information technology in use management.With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology and "Internet +",it is possible to use wireless network technology to carry out real-time management of the use of large-scale instruments and equipment.This paper proposes a design of large-scale instruments and equipment management system based on Zig Bee Internet of Things.Zig Bee wireless data terminal collector,repeater and concentrator are used to realize data grouping sending and receiving,real-time online monitoring of equipment use,real-time collection of the operation current and running time of large instruments and equipment.Through the management system of large instruments and equipment for centralized monitoring,management and analysis processing,at any time to grasp the normal operation,abnormal and idle status,and through the Internet,mobile network to provide users and management departments with abnormal,idle and early warning information.This paper mainly discusses the process of hardware selection and design of data acquisition terminal,repeater and concentrator.This paper focuses on the current information acquisition scheme of the instrument and equipment.Through selection and test,the hardware of the data acquisition terminal is ACS712 current sensor based on electromagnetic induction principle,CC2530 core chip and main control ATmega8 single chip microcomputer,so that the acquisition node has the characteristics of stability,high performance and low power consumption.The concentrator connects with the use management system center through the W5500 Ethernet module upward,and receives its instructions.The concentrator connects with the data acquisition terminal of the whole network through the Zig Bee module downward,and receives data.In the whole system,Zig Bee module is only responsible for networking and data transmission,while the main ATmega8 microcontroller is responsible for ADC conversion and data processing,giving full play to their respective advantages.Combined with the functions of the management system for the large instruments and equipment,the software of the main modules of the system is designed specifically.Through experiments and tests,the system can accurately,stably,efficiently and safely complete the collection and transmission of operation data of large instruments and equipment in various regions.The hardware of the system is easy to install and debug,can be freely networked,widely used,and has the features of low power consumption,low cost,good scalability,etc.Especially,it has good application value for universities and scientific research institutes.
