Aiming at the defects such as weak anti-interference ability of existing monitoring technology,severe environmental impact,short detection distance and low communication efficiency,a equipment condition monitoring system based on millimeter-wave radar technology is designed.Firstly,the theoretical basis of millimeter-wave radar is analyzed,and the feasibility of its technology is verified through the simulation of radar working process.Secondly,the radar constant alarm target detection algorithm(CFAR)is mainly studied.The detection performance of mean class and ordered class CFAR algorithm in different clutter background is analyzed and compared,and the optimum CMLD-CFAR algorithm is selected to detect the best performance in the multi-target background.At the same time,aiming at the high time complexity of the ordered class CFAR algorithm,the idea of mapping is introduced on the basis of the CMLD-CFAR algorithm,and a mapping-type CMLD-CFAR algorithm is proposed,and the simulation results show that the method can effectively reduce the number of comparisons within the algorithm and improve the efficiency of the algorithm.Third,the enterprise condition monitoring system based on millimeter wave radar is realized.The microcontroller control circuit,GPS positioning module and NB-IoT wireless communication module are designed around the millimeter-wave radar module,and the cloud platform application interface is designed to realize the visual display of PC-to-radar detection data and GPS positioning information.Finally,the overall test of the system was carried out at an enterprise workstation in Hebei Province,and the results showed that the system could effectively suppress background clutter and accurately detect the target by CFAR algorithm.At the same time,the realization of real-time monitoring equipment near the PC environment and equipment location,there are personnel close to immediately trigger the alarm system,to ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment to meet the design needs.
