Research On Media Convergence Reports Of Chongqing's "Poverty Alleviation"

Alleviating poverty is a major livelihood plan of our country,and it is also a key measure for building a well-off society in an all-round way.The mainstream media's convergence medianews reports also play an important and active role in the decisive battle against poverty.As a provincial-level party newspaper,"Chongqing Daily" shoulders important responsibilities in poverty alleviation.At the same time,with the increasing maturity of convergence mediatechnology,convergence mediareports are used more and more widely in the "Chongqing Daily".This article takes the "Chongqing Daily" integrated media platform as the research object,with "Poverty Alleviation" as the research content,and reports on the "Chongqing Daily" newspapers,Weibo,We Chat official account,Douyin,client and other related integrated media platforms.Conduct quantitative research.This article constructs categories from six aspects: report layout/location,report form,report genre,report theme,report subject,and report area.And through research and analysis,it is found that "Poverty Alleviation" convergence mediareports have three characteristics in terms of form: diversified layouts,highlighting the degree of attention;mainly graphic reports,exploring multiple forms;diverse reporting genres,consistent with platform characteristics.In terms of content,media reports on poverty alleviation have three characteristics: focus on the results of poverty alleviation and form a combined report;focus on the main body of poverty alleviation,and platforms have their own priorities;geographically distributed,and newspaper reports are balanced.This article further analyzes the discourse of the "Poverty Alleviation" report of "Chongqing Daily" in the form of a case study.The study found that newspapers,We Chat official accounts,clients and other platforms have relatively large differences in reporting discourse.Newspapers construct news elements in all aspects,and are good at using compound headlines to highlight and supplement news facts.In terms of discourse style,they often use rhetoric and other writing techniques;the news elements of We Chat official accounts remain independent and integrated with each other,with suspenseful headlines.Various punctuation marks are used to attract the audience,and the expression is focused on colloquialism;the client has a complete set of main elements,mostly using a single headline,which is clear and concise,and completely presents news events.The language style is plain,mainly quoted and numbers.However,"Chongqing Daily" also has some shortcomings in the media coverage of poverty alleviation: insufficient penetration in poverty-stricken areas and insufficient grass-roots research;focusing on the main body of poverty alleviation,and less coverage of poverty alleviation targets;limited communication effects and insufficient media integration;emphasis on poverty alleviation results and public opinion insufficient.Therefore,in order to do a better job of "poverty alleviation" and media coverage,this article believes that the media should pay attention to poverty-stricken areas and conduct in-depth front-line research;tell stories about poverty alleviation and sing the melody of rural revitalization;strengthen integrated reporting and link communication platforms;in-depth Think rationally and strengthen the sense of responsibility.
