The simulation sandbox 3D printing device is a product which combines 3D printing technology and similar simulation technology.This device can solve some practical problems,such as low accuracy,slow speed,and single type,for traditional similar model production to a certain extent.In order to furtherly improve the printing accuracy,the physical performance and the diversification of the printing model,this dissertation designs a supply pressure control system,whose execution device is based on the 3D printing device.The final results show that this designed supply pressure control system can significantly improve the accuracy,the physical performance and the diversity of the printed model.This dissertation firstly introduces a simulated sandbox 3D printing device.Based on this device,a nozzle device and a supply pressure regulating device are designed.The model is built by using Solid Works 3D modelling software.The critical components of the model are selected and calculated thoughtfully.Besides,using meta software performs a simulation check on key components.This dissertation also designs the supply pressure control system and establishes the overall control scheme of the system.The control system includes two major parts: the hardware module and the software module.On the one hand,the hardware part performs hardware selection calculation;on the other hand,the software part designs the main program.The control scheme,which is based on Lab VIEW software,establishes the upper computer software for human-computer interaction,and uses Keil 5 to write the lower computer program;meanwhile,the upper computer communicates with the lower computer to control the supplying pressure accurately.What is more,a mathematical model for the speed control of the regulating screw is established,and the system transfer function is calculated.MATLAB / Simulink simulation is used to improve system performance by adjusting PID parameters.In the experiment,an experimental method is designed,and an experimental platform is set up and tested to verify the supply pressure regulation function.The relationship between the screw speed and the supply pressure is fitted,and the mathematical relationship between these two is obtained.Printed model samples are prepared under different supply pressure conditions,and strength and surface hardness tests are performed on each model.Also,the relationship between the physical properties of the model samples and the supply pressure is obtained.
