In recent years,the rapid development of 3D printing technology has been widely used in various fields.As an important scientific research method,similarity simulation plays a critical role in geotechnical engineering,mining engineering,oil drilling and production formation simulation.The traditional preparation method of similar simulated sand mold has been unable to meet the needs of scientific research.The combination of 3D printing technology and simulated sand mold production has become a new research direction.In this paper,a 3D printing system suitable for similar sand mold printing is made a study and the similar simulated sand mold can be obtained by the use of this system,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the similar simulation study of sand mold samples.The design and research work of the 3D printing device of the simulated sand box has been completed in the paper,in which it includes the design and analysis of the hardware of the printing device,the design and analysis of the software system,the establishment and analysis of the mechanical structure model of the whole machine,and the construction of the final test prototype as well as the related experiment.First of all,the general scheme of the simulated sand box 3D printer is designed,including the working principle of the printer,the design of the hardware system and the control system,and makes a detailed design and analysis of the wireless communication decoding and the closed loop control strategy based on the encoder.At the same time,after the principle analysis of the mechanical structure of each module of the printing device,the selection of the components and the design of the mechanism,the model is established by the use of the three-dimensional design software of Solid Works.With regards to it,the virtual prototype is simulated by the use of finite element analysis software,mechanical dynamics and kinematics software,including static simulation,trajectory planning and vibration analysis.The orthogonal experiment is also designed to study the setting time of printing materials,and the different proportioning rulessuitable for sand mold printing are obtained.In the end,the experimental platform is set up and verified,and the printing effect of the printing sample of the 3D printing prototype of the simulated sand shows the feasibility of the design. |
