With the development of artificial intelligence technology,3D printing technology has been widely used in various fields.Model processing is a very critical process in 3D printing.The quality of model processing not only determines the quality of 3D printing,but also influences its efficiency.Model processing is mainly composed of model layering,layer filling and support of suspended area.So,studies are carried out on 3D printing layering,path planning and supporting structure based on the micro-flow extrusion process.The main work is as follows:1.The principles of different forming processes of 3D printing were studied,and the current state of 3D printing at home and abroad was summarized.STL file is simple and widely used in the industry.So,STL was finally taken as the format of storage and display operation of 3D model after several typical 3D printing CAD models were analyzed on the advantages and disadvantages.2.A slicing algorithm was studied based on micro-flow extrusion process.Firstly,the rheological characteristics and extrusion structure of the slurry were studied by the algorithm in order to determine the slice thickness.Then the topological information of the model was established and the layered algorithm was completed.3.A path planning algorithm was studied based on the extrusion process which could reconstruct contour ring information.The principle of the algorithm was to reconstruct the extracted contour ring as to construct a new connected contour region.The method could improve the surface accuracy of the finished part,reconstruct the offset contour which reduced the empty stroke,the start and stop of the extrusion head,accelerating the filling rate.4.A columnar discrete support structure was studied.Firstly,the topological relation constructed before was used to extract the region to be supported.Then,darts algorithm was used to extract discrete points that need to be supported so as to get the points that need to be supported on the model.Finally,the support structure was generated under the sampling point.
