Ceramic materials are widely used for their excellent properties such as high strength,high hardness,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,but their hard and brittleness also brings difficulties in cutting.This problem can be solved with 3D printing technology.So carried out research work on the design and simulation of slurry extrusion device of ceramic 3D printer.First of all,the existing ceramic 3D printing process and the working principle of the printer are studied,and the 3D printing technology based on the extrusion process is selected to carry out the research.Secondly,the ratio of precursor ceramic slurry was determined and its properties were studied.The feasibility of using precursor ceramic slurry in 3D printing test was verified.Next,two different types of slurry extrusion devices were designed and determined by printing tests to select the screw extrusion device to print higher precision ceramic parts.After that,the variation of the internal flow field of the extrusion device during the printing process is obtained through simulation analysis,which provides a basis for the research of subsequent process parameters and the improvement of the device.Finally,through experiments and simulation methods,the process parameters affecting print quality and efficiency were studied and the screw extrusion device was improved.In addition,the nozzle structure is designed and improved for the high viscosity characteristics of the printing paste,so that the nozzle adhesive does not affect the print quality.According to the thermosetting property of the printing paste,the heating device is designed and the temperature range suitable for printing is determined.The corresponding relationship between different room temperature,heating temperature and curing time of the slurry is obtained through experiments.The results show that the designed screw extrusion device with a length of 92.00 mm,a pitch of 12.00 mm,an inner diameter of 8.00 mm,a groove depth of 2.00 mm,a screw outer diameter of 0.25 mm and a rotation speed of 60.00 rpm can print ceramic parts with smooth surface,clear texture,clear layers,high molding precision and complex shape.Figure 45;Table 10;Reference 87.
