With the development of mobile Internet technology,users are getting more and more convenient ways to get text content,and the standards for the quantity and quality of the text information they get are also increasing,which makes the competition of network content platforms hot.At the same time,because everyone can express their own opinions on the Internet,the content in the Internet is uneven.If the content platform does not effectively audit the content produced in the platform and establish a sound auditing mechanism,it will likely result in a wrong direction of public opinion.Therefore,it is a key issue for each network content platform to establish a content auditing mechanism,eliminate illegal content,and reduce the content distribution of low-quality information to ensure that an active,healthy,green and fair content ecological environment is created.However,in the current era of information explosion,tens of thousands of Internet content are generated every day.Obviously,if content is monitored only through manual auditing,it will not only result in higher human resources costs,pressure on enterprises,but also can not guarantee the timeliness of content.With the development of artificial intelligence,it is also a way to solve the above problems to audit the content of pictures and text by using artificial intelligence technology.However,the content of pictures and text is so diverse and profound that it is impossible to accurately complete the auditing of all content by relying solely on machine auditing.Therefore,it is imperative to establish an auditing method that combines machine and manual auditing.In the construction process of the platform,in order to ensure the quality of content through auditing,a combination of machine auditing and manual auditing is provided.This platform uses micro-service architecture based on Spring MVC,uses MySQL,Redis,ElasticSearch as data storage tools,and uses algorithms such as long-term and short-term memory network to implement the related functions of machine auditing.This paper describes in detail the project background and functional status of information flow graphics content auditing platform,and separately from functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements.Needs from two perspectives,the whole platform is analyzed,then the system architecture and database design are carried out according to the needs analysis,and the design and implementation of each module of machine auditing,manual auditing,policy management,basic services,rights management are described in detail.Finally,the whole platform is tested to ensure that the system can meet the prerequirements design and reachTo the standard.The main purpose of this project is to focus on the control of the quality of the content of pictures and texts,that is,to ensure the stability of the whole platform content ecology through the control of the quality of the content itself,so as to solve the problems of machine auditing,manual auditing and basic services involved in the process of content eco-fitness.At present,the system has been developed and is in a stable operation phase,after which iteration optimization will continue.
