Design And Implement Of Forensic And Auditing Of The Telephone Fraud Menagement Platform

With the development of China's telecommunication industry,telephone communication has been one of the most important means of communication.However,telephone fraud is more and more rampant.It not only hinders the development of the telecommunication industry,but also harms to the people's property.Therefore,it has great practical significance to build an effective telephone fraud management platform to curb the development of telephone fraud.Forensic function and auditing function are a conformation mean for suspected fraud telephone numbers.In this thesis,the overall design and construction program of the telephone fraud management platform are proposed.The design and implementation of forensics function and auditing function are described.SMS alert means that after a suspected fraud telephone calls a telephone,the platform will send an alert SMS to the called phone and ask the called telephone whether to report the calling telephone.Forensics function include recording forensics and SMS alert.Recording forensics will records the call when the calling is a suspected fraud telephone number and generate a recording file.Recording forensics is the basis of auditing function to judge a suspected fraud telephone number.SMS alert is an adjunct means to forensic function.In this thesis,the process of recording forensics and SMS alert is described and a telephone fraud identification method based on speech recognition is introduced.It provides technical solutions for automatic auditing.Auditing function include automatic auditing and manual auditing.Automatic auditing uses speech recognition technology to audit recording files.Manual auditing means that operators audit recording files in the authentication site.Automatic auditing is more efficient but less accurate then manual auditing.The coordination of automatic auditing and manual auditing ensures the high efficiency and high accuracy of auditing function.The process of automatic auditing and manual auditing is introduced.Moreover,the thesis illustrates functional and robustness tests on forensic and auditing to validate its implementation is consistent with the expected results.Finally,the thesis briefly shows the summarization of the whole research and give suggestions on further improvement as to complete the function enhancement and optimize the performance.
