With the development of the Internet,online shopping,as one of the most popular shopping methods in today's era,has brought about the prosperity and development of the e-commerce industry.The e-commerce warehouse is an important node in the operation of e-commerce enterprises.How to scientifically and reasonably plan the location of ecommerce warehouses is of vital importance to enterprise development,enterprise operating costs and operating efficiency.Starting from the research on the location of e-commerce warehouses,this paper proposes to determine the demand points and alternative points first,then determine the e-commerce warehouse carrier city,and finally determine the appropriate area in the carrier city when the demand points and alternative points are not given.Among them,demand points,candidate points,and carrier cities are located at the city-level administrative district,and the location in the carrier city is located at the district/countylevel administrative district.The specific research content is as follows:(1)The article puts forward the method for determining the demand points and candidate points of the e-commerce warehouse carrier city selection problem.According to the number and distribution of orders of e-commerce companies,the improved gravity model is used to determine the demand points of the e-commerce warehouse location model.Combining the characteristics of e-commerce logistics operations and the factors that e-commerce companies pay attention to,an evaluation index system including 4 firstlevel indicators and 7 second-level indicators is designed.An evaluation model based on the gray correlation method is constructed to evaluate all cities in a certain area and determine candidate points of cities.(2)This thesis reasonably weighs the relationship between the total cost of the warehouse and customer time satisfaction and establishes a dual-objective warehouse location model with the smallest total cost and the largest customer time satisfaction.And use the improved artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the carrier city.(3)This thesis gives the method of determining the suitable area of the e-commerce warehouse in the city.This method considers the surrounding geographical environment,the distribution of logistics parks,the distribution of packaging material suppliers and other constraints,and uses GIS technology to buffer and superimpose the influencing factors to determine the appropriate location in the city.(4)Finally,an empirical analysis of the location of e-commerce warehouses is carried out.It conducts a comparative analysis of whether to consider the customer satisfaction objective function,the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm and the improved artificial bee colony algorithm respectively,which verifies the rationality and practicability of the location selection method proposed in this paper.(5)In addition,the innovations of this article are as follows: one is to design a twostage location method for e-commerce warehouses,which has certain universality;the other is to use order data to improve the gravity model to determine the carrier city demand point;the third is to carry out the traditional bee colony algorithm Improved,design the nectar source coding method,neighborhood search and nectar source selection probability;the fourth is to design a method for site selection using Arc GIS in the carrier city.
