Time-varying characteristics and strong coupling are the two main characteristics of complex systems.The coupling relationship of the system is not static,and some coupling relationships will change with time and are not easy to find.The subject determines the potential coupling relationship between system parameters by deriving the parameter evolution route of the system,and obtains the key parameters that cause functional coupling.On the basis of determining the coupling relationship,reasonable measures are taken to solve the existing functional coupling of the system,and the unknown function coupling prediction can be performed at the parameter level.Thereby improving system performance and extending product life.In view of how to deduct the evolution of the system parameters and how to solve the coupling problem,the main contents of the thesis are:1.Extraction of system related attribute parameters(attribute parameters are referred to as parameters,the same below).Firstly,the system is functionally decomposed to obtain the function tree of the system.Then the function is mapped to the domain through the zigzag mapping transformation method.The physical components are used as the bridge to extract the parameters related to the function,and the relationship between the parameters and the function is preliminarily determined.The parameters are divided into main parameters and auxiliary parameters.Finally,similar to the extraction system parameters,the parameters in the super system are extracted.The resources are analyzed by the nine-window method to obtain the system resource list,and the substances and energy in the super system are obtained.Information resources are transformed into specific parameters,that is,environmental parameters.2.Reasoning of the evolution path of the system coupling parameters.On the basis of the main parameters,auxiliary parameters and environmental parameters,the effect path query method,functional analysis method and LT table query method are used to reason the parameter evolution path.Firstly,the main parameter is used as the input of the effect library,and the query has the corresponding effect.Secondly,if the output of the corresponding effect or effect is not found to match the output of the system,the parameter is deduced by the functional analysis method.Find the input and output streams of the corresponding functions,convert the material,energy and information in the flow into parameters and determine the evolution route of the parameters.Finally,if the functional analysis method is difficult to apply,the LT table query method is used for reasoning.At the same time,in order to improve the derivation speed of the parameter evolution path,the failure prediction method is used to determine the final parameters(ie,the problem parameters,the same below)that characterize the system problem.The problem parameter is used as the final output of the above inference method.According to the compatibility principle,the intermediate process of parameter evolution,that is,the parameter evolution path is determined.3.Solution of system coupling problems.After obtaining the evolution route of the system parameters,the potential coupling relationship between the system parameters is judged,and the coupling problem based on the effect,conflict resolution theory and LT table is used to solve the coupling problem of the system,and the preliminary understanding of the system is obtained.Finally,the final design of the system is determined by the idealization level of the comparison scheme.4.Innovative design of smart classrooms.Taking the multimedia classroom as an example,the above research results are used to analyze the potential coupling relationship of the parameters in the system,and the improved design scheme of the multimedia classroom,namely the intelligent classroom,is determined according to the method of parameter coupling in the multimedia classroom.Finally,the detailed design of the software and hardware parts of the intelligent classroom was completed,and the effectiveness of the research results was verified.
