A complex optics system demands coupling multiple optical beams to a coaxial transferring beam from several laser devices, it also monitors the relative position among the sub-beams of the combined beams in real time, which insures every optical beams and optical pupils in the system will be in a proper range of required variation. It accomplishes this by using feedback control technology during working by using feedback control technology in the closed loop system.This thesis is based on multi-beam coupling splitting, beam collimation, beam alignment, beam comprehensive parameter detecting principles, and formulates the technological approaches of beam auto-collimating and self-adjusting which is the intelligent multi-beam coupling system, through the key techniques which includes multi-beam axes collimating technology, real-time and online detection technology of optical beam axis and optical pupil, and theory analysis of optical beam axis and optical pupil positions control technology. |
