Design And Implementation Of Network Operation Center System

In 2021,there will be more than 20 internet service providers in Mongolia.Four of these companies provide Internet access and fiber-optic transit channels.In recent years,with the rapid growth of the number of Internet users worldwide,a system is needed to monitor and ensure its reliable operation.Currently,these companies do not have their own network management systems and use external network monitoring systems.So the goal of this paper is to introduce our network management system.The system not only registers all devices connected to the private-network,but also stores device specifications.The project system consists of five main functional modules: System user management,organization management,network devices management,sites management,trouble ticket management.The software architecture adopts MVC architecture,the back-end control applies ASP.NET web API,the front-end view is developed by react.js,and MSSQL is used as the database management system.The database design part mainly adopts the method of structured database.Defines the E-R graph and carries on the detailed design of the database table.The detailed design of the software module uses the method of combining class diagram,sequence diagrams and flowchart,and then finish the implementation of the system.Now the system has been running and achieve a good performance.In the future,the system can be used in the Center with the same functional requirements.
