With the rapid development of e-commerce,online shopping has entered people's daily life,and the demand for express delivery by the public has gradually increased.In the face of increasing express delivery demand,and the company's last mile service capacity development is relatively slow.Thus,the express service capability does not match the customer demand.It also promotes the application and development of new distribution methods.The intelligent express cabinet is one of the solutions to solve the "last mile" problem.It combines the advantages of informationization and intelligence,and to some extent,alleviates the distribution problem of logistics terminals.The express cabinet mode converts the user passively waiting for the express delivery to the active pickup method.This paper starts with the "last mile" problem of logistics,and analyzes the problems of terminal distribution model,customer attributes and other elements.On this basis,this paper studies the intelligent express cabinet mode.Firstly,we summarize the application and development status of domestic and foreign express cabinets,and study the related usage and distribution process based on the intelligent express cabinet mode.We also summarize the advantages and problems of the express cabinet model,and briefly analyze the existing mothod for solving location-routing model.Considering the attributes of enterprise and user as well as the intelligent courier cabinet,we construct a model of three objectives,including total cost,total shipping mileage and customer satisfaction.Based on the customer's theory of bounded rationality,we uses the distance effect function to quantify the satisfaction.To solve the model,we modify the reference point-based non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-?),The selection of express carbinet delivery outlets,the determination of the coverage users in the service area of the express cabinet,and the routing planning problem are coded hierarchically.This paper verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and model through a concrete example obtained by simulation,and uses multi-objective visualization indicators and HV index to compare the modified algorithm with other three algorithms.The results show that the modified algorithm has better performance.Finally,this paper conducts the location planning of the courier cabinet in the actual area,and obtains multiple Pareto optimal solutions.We choose the solution with the largest proportion to get detailed site selection,user classification and driving route arrangement.To evaluate the scheme,we use the random multi-attribute acceptable analysis method(SMAA-2)to establish an evaluation model based on multiple evaluation indicators.After calculation,the finality of each level of the plan and the weight corresponding to each index are obtained,and the theoretical optimal plan might provide reference for the enterprise to make decisions.
