With the introduction of Made in China 2025 and German Industry 4.0,intelligent logistics is an important part of supply and production.In recent years,the popularity of intelligent express cabinets has led many intelligent terminals to our lives.However,there are also many problems with the existing smart express cabinets on the market,such as the large floor area,low efficiency of customer pickup,and insufficient space utilization.This article designed and developed a new type of intelligent express cabinet based on three-dimensional warehouse,which can reduce the area and improve the efficiency of picking up goods.It has conducted indepth analysis and optimization in the areas of optimizing the express container access and storage space,the standby point location and the principle of space adjustment Research,the main research contents of the paper include:(1)Combined with the overall structure and cabinet grid size of commonly used express cabinets,design a new intelligent express cabinet structure based on a three-dimensional warehouse,including the overall structural design of the express cabinet and the cabinet grid design,so that it can meet the convenience of users' picking demand.(2)Design the storage mechanical structure and control system for the storage operation of express packages,including the structural design,hardware configuration and software design of storage mechanical equipment.The structural design includes the design of the vertical lifting mechanism,the design of the horizontal telescopic boom and the design of the access manipulator;the hardware configuration includes the selection of main components,the design of the main circuit and control circuit of the control system;the software design package is designed to achieve motion stability PLC programming.(3)Mathematical modeling of the allocation problem of the new intelligent express cabinet,establish a mathematical optimization model for multi-objective planning,design the genetic algorithm to select the replication,crossover,and mutation processes in detail to achieve the goal of optimization of the storage location,and use MATLAB to perform experiments The results of cargo space optimization are analyzed by simulation.(4)Optimize the stand-by position of the storage device of the new intelligent express cabinet designed by ourselves,and let the system find the stand-by position of the known goods in position through an algorithm.At the same time,the design of the new intelligent express cabinet in the idle state is adjusted to improve the efficiency of picking up goods.(5)Prototype design and production of a new intelligent express cabinet designed by ourselves.Designed and carried out the verification experiment of the objective function value of cargo space optimization based on genetic algorithm.This paper has carried out research on the new intelligent express cabinet access control technology based on the three-dimensional warehouse type,and has realized the allocation and optimization goals of the new intelligent express cabinet.It has important theoretical significance for the research of the new intelligent express cabinet access technology.Practical application value.
