Nowadays, with the Chinese living pressure being larger, people tend to choose watching movies at leisure. However, the high cost of booking tickets at ticket office window force people to buy tickets on the web. Being lack of unified tickets internet-platform, Anhui Star Cinema has come to realize the importance of full digital management to improve its management level. This thesis discuss the necessity of Anhui Star Cinema project and design an interactive web site to meet the requirements of the customer’s interactive experiences as much as possible.This paper first analyzes the deficiency of interface interaction for current cinema website, then proposes that the AJAX technology concept and implementation improve the interface interaction. In art, psychology and ergonomics, it looks for the design inspiration, support and guidance. From the artistic and technical point of view,it provides a more optimal design for interactive interface of Star Cinema website,which can give you better visual enjoyment, provide more convenient operation,access to information more efficiently and enhance the visitors’ experience on the Web. By using AJAX technology, Anhui Star Cinema can optimize its interface interaction design, support all the branch cinemas, use and integrate all the resources of the company, construct a complete system of electronic ticketing and enhance the brand building of Anhui Film Group website.This paper mainly focuses on the following contents:based on the investigation of current operation performance, it provides reference frame for the future cinema website design. Under the instruction of art, psychology and ergonomics, this thesis draws the inspiration, support and guidance for interactive interface design by assimilating the aesthetic nature of art, the user’s psychological characteristics, mood and emotion, distributed cognition, ergonomics, human factors, which will be put into practice in the interface interaction design of Star Cinema website. This thesis, from a practical point of view, analyses the deficiency of interface for current cinema website interaction. Further, as the employment of AJAX technology can improve the interface interaction concept and implementation, this thesis puts forward the systematic design process, including requirement analysis, conceptual model design,interaction and visual design and interface realization process. By comparativeanalysis between the performance test and user test, this thesis aims to prove whether the newly-designed website can help to improve interactive interface and the users’ experience. Based on the analysis of the users’ feedback and suggestions for the design, this thesis may submit a revised design and carry out a series of compatibility testing in order to realize the targets.
