The Implementation And Control Research Of Data Center Expansion Project In A Province

With the development of cloud computing,Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and5 G technology,the Internet has entered the era of big data volume and large traffic,and the demand for data centers is more and more vigorous.As the foundation of information technology,data center provides infrastructure,high storage,high computing power and high-speed network environment.In the information age,the construction of data center will be in a high speed period.Since the data center in A province started late,there are many management problems in the annual capacity expansion construction projects.It is hoped that the planning and implementation of the data center capacity expansion construction projects will be more reasonable and scientific through the project management methods and means.This paper takes the construction of the data center expansion project in A province as an example,combines the theoretical knowledge system of project management with the application results of implementation control in project practice,uses the literature methodology,multidisciplinary cross method and the method of combining theory and example,and realizes the important role and essence of project management in engineering construction project in practical work.In the research process,it firstly analyzes the current situation and demand of data center in A province,and plans the construction scope and scale,and outputs the construction implementation plan of the data center expansion project in A province.Then it introduces the plan,content,organizational structure,mechanism,process,measures and key points of the schedule control,quality control,cost control in the implementation process of data center expansion project in A province.Finally,it analyses and sums up five key factors for the success of the data center expansion project in A province,which are implementing the methods and measures of schedule control,implementing quality management system,paying attention to the cost control in advance,following the balance principle of quality schedule and cost,and following the efficient principle of the whole process of control.This paper can provide reference for similar cases and provide valuable experience for subsequent data center expansion projects.
