Research On Matching Technology In 3D Measurement System

Because 3D image measurement can quickly and non-contact detect the surface properties and sizes of various objects,this measurement method has become an extensive research topic in industry,medicine,safety and other fields in recent years.3D image measurement methods are mainly divided into two categories,one is passive measurement method such as binocular stereo vision,the other is active measurement method such as mode light projection measurement Quantitative method.This paper mainly studies the active measurement method based on intensity modulation mode light.It is an important problem to solve the corresponding relationship between the projection fringes and the observation fringes in the mode light projection measurement technology.However,due to the influence of the surface color of the object to be measured,the intensity values of the projection fringes and the observation fringes cannot correspond one by one.In order to solve this problem,in the past,division correction was used to remove the influence of reflectivity.In this paper,a division correction algorithm combined with Fourier transform analysis is proposed.The fringe intensity distribution is further improved.In the process of fringe extraction,the improved dynamic single threshold method is used to extract the fringe,which improves the fringe extraction environment.The conditions for determining the intensity of observed fringes are provided.The feasibility of combining division correction method with Fourier transform correction method is verified by simulation experiment.In this paper,the research background,the existing three-dimensional measurement methods,especially the classification of three-dimensional image measurement and the related concepts are explained,and the mode light projection measurement in active measurement method is introduced in detail.According to the measurement method of this study,the principle and measurement steps of intensity modulation light projection method are introduced in detail,the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are simulated,and the experimental results are analyzed and investigated.Finally,the paper summarizes the contents of this paper,and puts forward the future research topics and prospects.
