Negotiation Conference System For High-Tech Virtual Enterprise Based On Riaframework

With the rapid development of the economic globalization, socio-economic environment and science and technology, a profound changing has been taken place in management concepts and thoughts of enterprises, so the organization and management model of High-tech Virtual Enterprise will be the trend of enterprise management mode in the era of knowledge economy. In High-tech Virtual Enterprise life cycle, knowledge represents differences, cultural differences, uneque distribution of benefits, conflicts of resource usage and security issues in knowledge-sharing of High-tech Virtual Enterprise existing, negotiations are the common way to consult and resolve disputes and conflicts of the parties. The loose and dynamic network cooperatives model of High-tech Virtual Enterprise and the cooperative, competitive and other characteristics of negotiation determine providing the flexible, conveniently remote support and service for the parties, reducing costs and increasing the efficiency of the negotiations and need to design a set of effective negotiation decision support system for the negotiation. Therefore, based on the negotiation support system theory, combined with distributed technology and information technology, designing and developing a framework for negotiations conference based on the RIA system has very important theoretical and practical significances.This dissertation firstly gives an introduction of related basic theories and practical application status of negotiation support system and conference system, then discusses the characteristics of High-tech Virtual Enterprise negotiation, last obtains the process of High-tech Virtual Enterprise negotiation combining with negotiation support system and conference system.Having analyzed the requirements of High-tech Virtual Enterprise's negotiation conference system, this dissertation designs conference system network topology. After comparing several commonly used RIA techniques, combining with the characteristics of the negotiation conference, this dissertation adopts RIA architecture of Flex technology, and establishes system model with the object-oriented approach and designs system function blocks and safety detailed. This dissertation uses Flex, .NET and Red5 technologies to realize the high-tech Virtual Enterprise negotiation conference system, and system empirical research through the practical application has been carried out at the same time.
