Intelligent manufacturing technology is an important force in the future development of manufacturing industry,and virtual simulation technology is an important part of intelligent manufacturing.Virtual simulation manufacturing technology plays an important role in manufacturing industry.Virtual simulation manufacturing is the combination of information technology and mechanical manufacturing science.Under the premise of intelligent manufacturing,information technology is an indispensable part of rationalized process management of production and manufacturing,and virtual simulation is equally important for the application of physical modules.In order to realize the implementation module of industrialization,the integration of information technology and industrialization has been gradually promoted in many countries.Information technology plays a catalyst role in the industrialization of virtual simulation environment to have an effect.In this paper,virtual simulation manufacturing technology,the specific implementation of intelligent manufacturing strategy forms.Using robot intelligent assembly unit and 3D Model Software Solidworks,the equal proportion virtual model of robot grab assembly detection system is constructed.According to the characteristics that the data will not be lost after the model is converted into a general file,firstly,robot studio,a virtual simulation software,is used to simulate the robot's moving track setting,cylinder execution and fixture action as a whole by building a dynamic smart component and workstation,moving the mechanical fixture and setting the I / O.Aiming at the problem that robot studio and PLC can't communicate directly and the assembly clamping and feeding action can't be realized,this paper uses the powerful simulation function of the VUP simulation platform in the mechatronics irai to change the physical properties and parameters,and further solves it through the simulation software Robot Studio plans the robot's movement to realize the effect of pipeline movement,cylinder execution and robot intelligent clamping and assembly.Through the introduction of Siemens S7-1200 PLC,the function of simulation model action of control program is further realized.Through the communication between VUP platform and TIA Portal V14,the action control port of virtual simulation robot and the control port of TIA Portal editing program are matched and connected one by one.Finally,using Lab VIEW's powerful communication fusion and excellent program development environment image editing design interface,the Siemens S7-1200 PLC editing software blog software is combined to control the interface to control the virtual simulation action model of the VUP platform.Through virtual simulation manufacturing,the production process of robot intelligent assembly unit can be visualized and previewed,which is equivalent to the on-site adjustment process of on-site equipment,mechanical and electrical equipment,providing technical reference and feasible strategy for building modular design of industry and manufacturing industry,and can be used to guide on-site production.
