At present,virtual studios have become the mainstream technology of film and television production at present.Therefore,photography robots,as one of the main components of virtual studios,are currently hot research objects in robots.This article investigates the development of virtual studio photography robots at home and abroad.In this paper,the structure design,simulation analysis and experiment optimization of the photographing robot are studied.In terms of structural design,the key components of the photographic robot are designed according to the design scheme.The PTZ structure is designed to complete the motor selection of the PTZ 's pitch and rotation functions.Based on the principle of parallelogram,the rocker arm is designed as a whole,which can maintain the horizontal state of the platform.The design of the lifting parts is carried out by using the driving mode of the lead screw,and the mobile chassis and the track are designed and selected.The kinematics modeling is analyzed based on DH method,and its forward and negative kinematics solutions are analyzed.The kinematics simulation is performed using the MATLAB robot toolbox to verify the correctness of the kinematics analysis;By drawing the threedimensional space of the photographic robot's workspace to determine whether the workspace of the photographic robot meets the photographic requirements;Based on the Lagrange method,the dynamic equation of the photographic robot is deduced.The joint dynamics simulation of MATLAB and SOLIDWORKS is performed to verify the rationality of the selection of kinematic joints.The photography robot of the preliminary plan is improved;the walking accuracy experiment and optimization of the orbital photography robot are carried out;the robot walking accuracy experiment is completed,comprehensively consider the experimental phenomenon,optimize the photographing robot through data analysis;improve the two-stage lifting structure to the three-stage lifting structure based on the lifting experiment analysis;complete the rocker arm movement experiment,and optimize the design scheme of the rocker arm according to the actual installation and commissioning situation;the motion accuracy experiments on the electronically controlled photography gimbal to improve and optimize the vibration and noise problems are carried out.The shooting effect of the optimized photography robot combined with the virtual studio system verifies the rationality of the optimization of the photography robot.
