With the continuous development of computer technology,more and more film and television production teams choose virtual studios to replace traditional studios for program production to meet the audience's increasing demand for movie viewing experience and yearning for new things.Aiming at the problem that the domestic research on the motion control system of photographic robots is slightly lagging,this paper designs and develops the motion control system of camera robots for virtual studios,improves and optimizes the current problems in camera robots,and aids with the development of domestic camera robots.This paper takes the camera robot as the research object,and takes the research and development of the camera robot's motion control system as the goal.According to the special environment of the virtual studio,the motion trajectory requirements and performance requirements of the camera robot are analyzed,and an orbital camera robot is proposed.The electrical and mechanical systems are selected and introduced,and the motion control system is initially designed based on demand analysis.The kinematics model of the camera robot is established,and the kinematics and dynamics are analyzed.On this basis,the camera robot's motion stability and motion accuracy are studied.An optimized S-shaped velocity curve model is proposed to optimize the motion stability,and the fuzzy PID controller is used to optimize the motion accuracy.The design of the entire motion control system of the camera robot is completed,including the design and implementation of the overall software architecture,the design and implementation of the complete serial communication and the motion control mode.Also,the above-mentioned fuzzy PID controller is implementedThe motion control test software of the photographic robot is designed,and the photographic robot is tested,including the test of the motion mode,the test of the motion accuracy and the test of the safety limit function.It can be concluded from the test results that the motion control system of the camera robot designed and developed in this paper can meet its functional requirements in the virtual studio and meet the expected design requirements.
