In the cargo management of warehousing,supermarkets,logistics and other places,accurate and quick indication of item positioning information is conducive to efficient storage and retrieval of goods or commodities.At present,there are fewer optimization solutions for the problem of object pointing after positioning,and it is necessary to rely on traditional methods to point according to a specific tag number,which makes it difficult to quickly and accurately locate the targets.The UWB positioning technology is combined with the beam light control technology,and the existing stage beam light positioning and pointing are used to provide users with intuitive and accurate cargo location information to improve the efficiency of finding goods.UWB positioning technology can reach centimeter-level positioning accuracy,with advantages of non-line-of-sight penetration and anti-multipath effect when working in the radio frequency band.It is suitable for indoor positioning in complex environments.A cost-effective target pointing scheme was designed with the help of stage beam lights.DMX512 protocol signals were generated to control the two-dimensional deflection angle of the beam.The research content mainly includes:1.Investigating the current situation of indoor positioning technology and indoor object orientation,establishing the research direction of this subject,conducting an intensive research on UWB positioning technology,and comparing the measurement scheme and the positioning model equation set solution algorithm in terms of implementation complexity and positioning accuracy,selecting a suitable solution and solution algorithm.2.An intuitive and efficient smart storage positioning solution is proposed.Combining UWB positioning and beam light control technology to achieve precise positioning and indication of the position of the item.Using the PC software platform and cooperating with the MCU to realize the DMX512 protocol packet and coding,and the automatic control of the beam light.3.The hardware and software design of the positioning and pointing system were implemented,including UWB positioning module hardware circuit design,layout and wiring,circuit fabricating,software programming of ranging algorithm,software development of MFC PC,including UWB positioning data processing,cargo management system,beam pointing algorithm and console software programming,as well as DMX512 protocol coding module lower computer circuit design and protocol coding program design.
