II With the rapid development of wireless network technology and the popularity of smart phones, the Location based service demand is higher and higher. In addition, In the large outdoor environment, Global Positioning System technology gradually become the perfect solution. Under the complex large indoor environment, due to the unavailability of GPS, many positioning scheme for indoor environment have been proposed. Among them, the wireless location technology based on WLAN network with its deployment widely and the advantages of lower cost draw the attention of many scholars. Through comprehensive analysis of the current research status at home and abroad, this parer has carried on the exploration to fingerprints indoor positioning technology research based on WLAN.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic knowledge of indoor positioning technology, including the indoor localization algorithm based on distance measurement model, the indoor location algorithm based on position fingerprint and the indoor localization algorithm based on inertial sensor, as well as has carried on the comparative analysis on these technology.Secondly, this paper analysis the influence factors of WLAN fingerprint positioning, including the change of the signal features, the signal sampling time and the distance between sampling points and sampling the choice of access points, and on the basis of the maximum average access point choice by a new average calculation method implements a new sampling access point selection algorithm, ensure the selection of sampling access points in the strong signal strength at the same time has good stability, so as to improve the accuracy of WLAN fingerprinting positioning results.Thirdly, in order to reduce the number of fingerprint data processing, this paper proposes cluster processing of fingerprint database in advance and modify k-means clustering in indoor positioning system. In order to reduce the effect of signal time-varying cause error,this paper proposes quick reference point selection algorithm, ensure the reference point of the weight set more reasonable, and reduce data matching scope, further improve the positioning speed. Combined with the proposed access point selection, cluster processing in advance and reference point selection algorithm, the fingerprint positioning system process is optimized, provide guiding significance for positioning system development.Finally, through the experiment to verify the proposed access point selection algorithm, and improved the validity of the reference point weights selection algorithm, and gave the comparative analysis of the original algorithm.
