The application of label attachment is very extensive and must be experienced by every product in circulation.Labels can give consumers a convenient label description,so that consumers understand the functions of the products they buy.In order to meet the rapid production of products in today's society,labeling must be done automatically with equipment.In the mouse automatic production line,the shape of the battery slot is curved,and labels should be attached to the surface of the battery slot.Therefore,it is very important to study the label of concave surface.On the basis of mouse production line,it should not only label the concave surface,but also meet the technical requirements of the whole mouse production line.Therefore,the content of surface label attachment is mainly studied as follows:According to product characteristics analysis and technical requirements,specific symmetric and asymmetric labels should be attached to the battery tank.In order to complete the labeling function according to requirements,it is necessary to carry out mechanism design,calculation,selection and so on for the entire label attaching component.Label attaching components are mainly divided into label stripping mechanism,label absorbing mechanism,label molding mechanism and label attaching mechanism.For the study of concave surface label,the label should be molded first,and the molded shape is close to the attached surface,and then the vacuum suction head is used to absorb and attach the label,so as to ensure the label is attached to concave surface.Firstly,each small mechanism is designed and calculated to determine its own structure.Finally,complete the design and assembly of the entire label attachment component,making it a complete mechanism.There are two main difficulties in this subject:The first is the design of the label forming problem.To study how to cover the surface suction head with symmetric and asymmetric labels to make it into a specific shape,and at the same time,keep the shape until the attachment action is completed.The second is the arrangement of the label attaching actions.Study how to attach the molding label to the narrow surface,in addition to the design of suitable mechanism,but also through a series of actions on the surface,and do not fold.Centering on the main difficulties and innovative mechanism design,coupled with the label stripping mechanism and the label adsorption mechanism,the curved label attaching action of the mouse battery slot was finally completed.On the basis of the prototype,practical verification and debugging were done for each small institution,and problems appeared in each small institution were studied specifically to find targeted solutions.Finally,after several times of modification and debugging,the function of each small mechanism was successfully debugged.The validation and debugging effect of the whole surface label attachment component was also successfully verified and finally carried out in the whole mouse production line.
