In this paper,taking M company's line A as the research goal,based on line balance analysis of the line,improvement of production station action analysis,and improvement of assembly path analysis and product research of each station of the line,design new line to realize assembly automation,in the process of realizing automation,synchronous design information content will make foundation for daily intelligent management of new line.This improvement project provides the direction of future exploration for M company to realize the technology research and innovation of intelligent manufacturing,and completes the accumulation of technology precipitation.The main contents are as follows:(1)Project research line A improvement analysis.Through the analysis of process flow and pq-pr(product prepare process)of line A,the product differences of all production types of line A are obtained,and the product types of line A are locked according to the improvement target.To find the crux of the problem and the direction of improvement.3P(production process preparation)analysis for line A,study product structure,improve standardization and modularization,and improve working position from the designing of product;find the automatic work station of line A,and analyze the improvement points of product quality of line A.Through the selection of 3p design scheme,the layout of line A is determined.(2)Line A movement and time analysis were improved.Research on production line station and waste,using ECRS,time observation method,waste search and improvement tool method,for uneven operation station action decomposition and time,through station rearrangement,neck-time station improvement,optimize line balance,for non value-added and value-added action combined with product improvement,shorten working hours.(3)Research on the method of realizing automation of assembly line.By analyzing the work of the station,the main line assembly is simplified,and the automatic assembly implementation method is designed.Combined with the robot assembly,vision and the design of the end effector,the automatic assembly function is realized;Part of the stations realize the automation function through simple automation with low cost;After automation line finished construction,we concentrate on problem solving.(4)After the completion of line A improvement,the daily management system is established to maintain the improvement level and continuously improvement.The line efficiency loss can be monitored in real time by automatically collecting the running status,running time,loss and other information.To solve the disturbance of manual recording lost time.In order to reduce equipment failures,automatic inspection of some key points and automatic maintenance reminders are realized with the help of the system.The information system is used to supervise the use and maintenance of equipment and how to predict equipment failures that affect equipment efficiency in advance.By analyzing the changing trend of equipment parameters in advance,we can predict the possibility of a fault and solve the hidden trouble in advance,so as to reduce sudden equipment failure.At the same time for the life of equipment spare parts forecast,automatic release of maintenance tasks.(5)Study on the improvement of quality management of Line A,through the automatic collection of key process parameters in the production process of production,automatic control of key parameters and parameter abnormality automatic control of line stop to avoid batch quality abnormality and improve quality loss;At the same time,through the parameters collected by the system operation,the optimal parameter recommendation was established,and the previous dependence on experienced staff was changed for debugging.Automatic discharge function is designed for line defects.For 3/5 stop line,through the main line PLC connection control signal,forced stop line to solve the problem,establish strict quality of the red line management mechanism.
