The development of information technology and the continuous expansion of its application scope have made information system construction a large and complex system engineering.The quality of this project has become a key issue of concern.In information system itself,on the surface,the degree to which information system products are consistent with the needs of business functions and performance reflects the quality of the products.But in essence,the quality of information systems is closely related to the level and ability of the information system development team and the management of the information system development process.Therefore,the quality evaluation of inforamation systems should include the actual quality of information system products and the quality of work of the information system development team.Defects are missing or incomplete parts.Defects in information systems refer to various errors or incomplete parts found in the development of information systems.So0 the number and severity of defects directly affect the quality of information systems.Since the information system development process is the embodiment of the human mind process,the fundamental source of defects lies in people.In different stages of development,the role of developers varies from person to person,and the defects are not the same.This paper divides the various iconic stages of the entire development process.Look for ways to improve the quality of information systems through data collection and dynamic statistical analysis,which has positive significance for the continuous improvement in quality of information system.Based on the measurement of the information system development process and the idea of development process management in CMM(Capability Maturity Model),this paper uses GQ(I)M and AHP to guide the construction of evaluation model by studying the definition and classification of defects.From the perspective of information system developers and defects,the factors affecting the quality of information systems are analyzed.The infornation system quality evaluation model including two first-level indicators,eight second-level indicators and nine third-level indicators is constructed.Establish indicator weights by using AHP.Invite experts to evaluate the importance of each indicator,calculate the average value of each expert judgment matrix to establish a comprehensive judgment matrix of multiple experts and establish indicator weights.The development team members are divided into three levels:initial level,intermediate level and high level according to their individual maturity.The developers are evaluated according to the four stages of unit testing,integration testing,system testing and acceptance testing in the information system development process.A total of 196 defect data and 280 records of member evaluation data were collected.Representatives of developers at all le-vels are selected to analyze their evaluation data and observe its growth process.The study found that:the individual ability of the initial members was improved slowly,and the individual technical ability of the intermediate members was improved rapidly,but their ability to control defects was poor.The number of defects introduced by the senior members was large due to the difficulty of work,and they were seriously affected by the change of demand.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward some improvement measures,such as pre-training,intermal help,building defect information base,improving development process and introducing:firamework.The phased dynamic information system quality evaluation model proposed in this paper can be used in the process of information system development,which is helpful to improve the quality of information system development,enhance the maturity of the development team,and has important guiding significance for the whole process of management information system development.
