The LED chip sorting machine is a kind of high frequency mechanical equipment,the testing mechanism is the core component of the sorting machine;its performance directly affects the separation efficiency and working stability of the whole sorting machine.The high frequency reciprocating motion of the testing mechanism leads to the test of the vibration of the moving parts,and the mechanical structure of the test station can determine whether the test station can finish the test efficiently.Improving the working efficiency of the sorting machine is an important task to improve the efficiency,create value and enhance the competitiveness of the sorting machine.At present,the research of the testing mechanism only considers the lightweight design of the parts,and the effect of the lightweight design on the efficiency is not obvious.Through analyzing the structure of the existing testing mechanism,the paper finds out the reason of the low efficiency of the mechanical structure,improving the structure and increasing efficiency.In this paper,a semiconductor equipment company in Shenzhen,a certain type of LED chip sorting machine testing mechanism for the study of its structural analysis,to improve the design.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)Dynamic simulation analysis.Through the analysis of the working principle of the LED chip sorting machine testing station,the multi rigid body dynamics simulation model is established according to the structure relationship between the main components of the testing mechanism.Analysis of the simulated test agency probe under normal working conditions of displacement,velocity and other parameters,and through the method of flexible processing of the probe of the fixed seat set up rigid flexible coupling model tests and analysis of test probe vibration in the actual movement in the process of response.(2)Finite element analysis.Structural mechanics analysis and modal analysis of key components in the testing mechanism are carried out to examine the strength and stiffness and the natural frequency to determine whether the test mechanism meets the material strength performance and the working stability under normal operating conditions.(3)Structural improvement design.According to the results of dynamic simulation and the problems existing in the research and development of the testing organization,the structural improvement of the testing mechanism is carried out.The improved prototype model of the test mechanism is established,and the dynamic simulation of the new test mechanism is carried out,and the dynamic parameters are compared before and after.The feasibility of the improved scheme is verified by comparing the stiffness and modal of the improved front and back structures.In this paper,the dynamic simulation analysis and finite element analysis to solve the practical engineering problems,in order to improve the efficiency of the test mechanism provides a more reasonable and feasible solution.To shorten the development cycle,improve the competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance.
