Research On The Innovative Business Model Of Household Service Platform Based On Block Chain Technology

With the development of society and the guidance of national policies,the demand for domestic services will increase significantly in the future.There is no match between the status quo of the development of the domestic service and the actual market demand.Meanwhile,there is no match between the problems of the service platform and the actual market demand.How to use the blockchain technology to help domestic service platform companies solve the above problems to realize business model innovation has become an exploration of the development of domestic service platform.By analyzing the background,existing problems and future development trends of the domestic service industry,the paper proposes the impact of information technology,mainly blockchain technology,on the business model of the domestic service platform.The above research can help domestic service platform companies break through bottlenecks and enhance their core values and competitiveness.This thesis adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),based on the existing six-element business model of Wei and Zhu and Business Canvas,to establish an element weight analysis model for the business model of the domestic service platform.The model uses the six-element business model of Wei and Zhu as the scheme layer and Business Canvas as the criterion layer to calculates the proportion of each element in the future business model innovation of the domestic service platform.After passing the reasonable consistency test results,guide the general direction and focus of business model innovation in the later period.Taking the housekeeping service platform of Guanjiaban as an example,the thesis studies the business model innovation of a housekeeping service platform based on blockchain technology.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the competition in the market and industry in which the Guanjiaban are based on the Porter Five Force Model.Secondly,the thesis uses the Business Canvas model to compare the elements before and after the innovation and upgrade of the business model of Guanjiaban platform,and analyzes the changes of each element.The thesis synthesizes the analysis results of the five-force model and the commercial canvas model,and clarifies the upgrade of the core resources and value proposition of the business model innovation of the housekeeping service platform for housekeeping.Effectively avoid the risk of being replaced by competitors later.The research in this thesis not only helps the Guanjiaban service platform to maintain lasting competitiveness and long-term value proposition in the future,but also provides reference for the business model innovation of the housekeeping service industry.
