Research On Business Model Innovation Of Wine Enterprises Based On Block Chain Technology

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s spiritual and material life,people’s consumption levels and types have become more diversified.Nowadays,wine has become the daily wine of consumers,which is not only used to reflect identity symbols and social status,but also reflects people’s diversified way of life.However,wine has special requirements for storage environment and transportation conditions,which leads to many problems in wine enterprises,such as single business,large product inventory,shrinking channels and so on.the emergence of these problems poses a new challenge to the business model of wine enterprises.Therefore,in order to achieve the long-term and healthy development of wine enterprises,wine enterprises must analyze and study the current business model,find out the shortcomings,and finally innovate the business model on this basis to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.By using the methods of literature research,logical deduction,inference and system dynamics simulation,and on the basis of summarizing the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad,this thesis combines blockchain technology with business model.this thesis makes a systematic and in-depth study on the business model based on blockchain technology,and carries out business model innovation through the re-integration of commercial canvas innovation tool model and the elements related to wine enterprise business model innovation.This thesis puts forward three new business models of wine enterprises: B to C digital platform business model based on blockchain technology,B to B data asset business model based on blockchain technology and B to C private customization business model based on blockchain technology.The system dynamics simulation model of the new business model of wine enterprises is constructed to verify that the three new business models are enforceable.According to the new business model designed,wine enterprises can choose the business model suitable for the high-quality development of enterprises according to the value proposition of different business models,and realize the innovation of profit model.In this thesis,blockchain technology is applied to the business model of wine enterprises,which has a wide range of applications,such as decentralized cooperation,product traceability,automatic performance of intelligent contracts and so on.however,there is no related research on the business model of wine enterprises.this thesis can not only enrich the application value of blockchain technology,but also enrich the relevant theories of business model and business model innovation.This thesis adopts the business model innovation canvas method put forward by Professor Jin Yuran,innovates the business model of wine enterprises,uses the system dynamics simulation model to analyze the applicability of the new business model,and systematizes the theoretical model.the operation mechanism of the new business model of wine enterprises is systematically simulated and simulated to judge its sustainability.
