| This project considers human resource management as a basic,regular,repetitive work as the direction,and strive to find technical means to solve the grass-roots units to promote the construction of information technology methods.Standardize the process method,standardize the data structure,standardize the operation process,start from the aspects of ensuring accuracy,improving efficiency,etc.,improve the enthusiasm and power of the relevant management personnel of human resources of the grass-roots units,the chief information of learning,the informationization of using information and the informationization of specialized information.This project has carried on the feasibility analysis from the personnel cognition,the network hardware consummation degree,the software reliability and so on.The analysis shows that there are still some deficiencies in the human resources management of the current typical grass-roots units of our army,mainly in the following three aspects:(1)The informatization means of human resources management in grass-roots units are limited.(2)The basic unit human resources management informationization idea is insufficient.(3)The data and logic of human resources management in grassroots units are complicated.Compared with the traditional management mode,the management mode studied in this project can ensure better accuracy,timeliness and standardization.Taking into account the high confidentiality of human resources data,this project considers authorization management on the basis of the existing office network of the Force,identity differentiation,and logging of operations to ensure that data backtracking needs are met,To ensure the safety of human resource information technically.From the database structure design,program logic design and other aspects,consider the possibility of objective error operation and subjective destructive operation,targeted to take technical measures to avoid data pollution or data destruction. |
