With the opportunity of reform and opening up,precision machining industry has developed well and gradually become one of the important pillar industries of the national economy.However,opportunities and challenges often coexist,and some problems are gradually exposed during the development of precision machining industry.In recent years,the turnover rate of grass-roots managers absorbed by many companies through campus recruitment has remained high,causing serious adverse effects on enterprise management.This paper chooses FJ Co.,Ltd.,a typical enterprise in precision machining industry,as the research object.FJ Co.,Ltd.mainly produces magnesium alloy structural products for mobile phones.In recent years,the problem of the loss of school recruiting grass-roots managers is very serious.Therefore,how to reduce the loss of school recruiting grass-roots managers has become an urgent problem for FJ Company.This article relies on the typical case of the loss of school recruiting grass-roots managers in FJ Company as the material,analyzes the case by using case study method,finds out the root causes of the problems behind the case,and then gives reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the causes of the problems.First of all,it gives a vivid and detailed introduction to the three typical management cases of the loss of school recruiting grass-roots managers in FJ Company,the resignation of new employees after the probation period,the "aggrieved" year-end bonus and the slow career development.Secondly,through the analysis of the data on the loss of school recruiting grass-roots managers,it is concluded that the school recruiting grass-roots managers that FJ loses every year are mainly of three groups.Then the author starts from the actual case of the loss of school recruiting grass-roots managers in FJ Company,compares the current situation of human resources management of primary management personnel recruited by enterprise commanders,and combines the principle of job matching,the theory of fairness,the theory of performance management and the theory of career management as theoretical basis.The analysis shows that there are three main reasons for the the loss of FJ's primary management personnel recruited by the school: the mismatch of personnel and posts caused by the imperfect talent recruitment system,the performance appraisal obviously unfair caused by the imperfect performance management system,and the slow promotion of employees caused by the lack of career management,and the importance of these three reasons decreases from front to back.Finally,according to the reasons of the loss of school recruiting grass-roots managers in FJ Company,the corresponding countermeasures are given one by one.This paper mainly discusses how to solve the problem of serious loss of school recruiting grass-roots managers by improving the recruitment system of school recruiting grass-roots managers and perfecting the performance management system of school recruiting grass-roots managers.At the same time,aiming at the relatively important reason of the slow promotion of employees caused by the lack of career management,appropriate solutions are given.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation effect of these three countermeasures,enterprises need to pay attention to human resources management and strengthen humanized management.
