In today's world,where technology is becoming more and more developed,ordinary two-dimensional displays can no longer satisfy people.Three-dimensional sand table display is getting more and more attention.Today's three-dimensional digital sandbox is mainly to add a multimedia projection system to the traditional sandbox or use computer remote control technology and a solid sandbox model to control the dynamic change of the sandbox,and to reduce some pictures or remote sensing information in real proportions and reappear in front of people.However,most of these sandboxes occupy a large area,which is not easy to move,and the reuse is not high.This subject has redesigned a set of three-dimensional sand table drive control system and device that are easy to disassemble,occupy a small area,and can be expanded.The pictures or remote sensing information are scaled down and displayed to help the viewing crowd get more information from the sand table.The system realizes the main driving technology of the three-dimensional digital sand table.A system using a single-chip microcomputer as an embedded control board combined with a mechanical arm to control the cuboid column is designed to complete the control of the three-dimensional digital sand table.The three-dimensional digital sand table of this subject is an array of m rows and n columns of three-dimensional digital sand table modules composed of m * n rectangular parallelepiped columns.Therefore,according to the three-dimensional spatial coordinate information,the 3D appearance of terrain or images can be presented to achieve three-dimensional display;According to the three-dimensional coordinates,the mechanical arm is driven by the embedded control board to dynamically adjust the display of the three-dimensional graphics by the digital sand table array.The system is mainly composed of a mechanical device for storing a rectangular parallelepiped column,an embedded controller hardware for a standard module,and an embedded controller driver software for a standard module.Compared with the previous mechanical guide rail structure,we improved the driving method of the three-dimensional digital sand table into a structure in which the mechanical arm controls the three-dimensional digital sand table.The innovations of this subject mainly include the following points: First,the robotic arm controls the lifting of the lamp post in the three-dimensional digital sand table display system to improve the operating efficiency of the sand table system.Second,the screw-type rotation moves the lamp post to improve the movement accuracy of the lamp post.Third,the design of the hexagonal sleeve tapered column greatly reduces the travel error of the lamp post.Fourth,the position and method of the trip switch triggering device have been improved in terms of hardware,and the lamp post can be directly judged to rise and fall.In terms of software,the stepper motor is controlled to idle at a certain angle according to the maximum error,and then connected to the lamp post to forward a certain angle,so that the final error tends to 0,so that the error generated in the movement is eliminated to the greatest extent.The design scheme of this system provides a new control driving technology for three-dimensional display.The design on the hardware enables the 3D display to operate more quickly.Through the improvement of the hardware mechanical structure and the processing on the software,the error caused by the movement is eliminated to the greatest extent,and the accuracy of the robot arm positioning and moving the lamp post is improved.
