Research On Software Project Quality Management Of S Company Based On CMMI4

With the continuous rise of the Internet,software has been applied in many fields of society,and it also affects people's work and life.The quality of software quality problems will cause serious impact,so more and more get the attention,but as the scale and complexity of software,software project management is also difficult to handle,it also poses a great challenge to the software enterprises and software companies need to seek development and enhance competitiveness,quality of a software project is bound to strict control and management,so for the quality of software project management research is of high value and significance.This thesis first studied the theory related to software project quality management,and studied the theory and application status of CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)through literature.Introduced the general situation of S software company and the current status of project quality management,and analyzed the problems of company existing at this stage.Comb the content of the process area of CMMI4,analyze the quality process performance target of S company,obtain the quantitative index of the organization level,select the process and sub-process of measurement,determine the measurement items,organize the data for analysis,and establish the process performance baseline.By using statistical tools,analyzing factor management,establishing regression equation,forming process performance model.Combined with the specific project cases of S company,the actual process data was used to verify the process performance of the project,to guide the cause analysis of the problems with deviations,to select solutions through cost and benefit analysis,to predict the achievement of goals through the use of models,and to conduct benefit analysis.This thesis mainly conducts quantitative management of specific data of software projects by combining the model of CMMI4,so as to make the judgment of quality indicators more reliable and more refined,and timely summarize and correct problems,so as to ensure the quality of software projects and improve organizational maturity.
