The winding process is currently a manufacturing technology that is widely used in the preparation of composite materials.With its unique advantages in the manufacture of cylindrical basic components,it has been widely used in high-tech fields such as aviation and aerospace.The performance of composite winding products not only depends on the material itself,but also depends on the selection and control of process parameters during the molding process.If the control of the process parameters is poor,it will cause the product to be difficult to meet the required performance requirements,and ultimately affect the mechanical properties of the molded product.Therefore,precise control of the process parameters during the winding process of the composite material is beneficial to ensure the mechanical properties of the winding product.Firstly,the thesis starts with the influence of prepreg tape winding process parameters on product performance,taking the practical application of the prepreg tape winding molding process as the research background,the control of the winding process parameters is the research object.Design a multi-parameter control system based on Programmable logic controller(PLC)for networked control of winding process parameters.Using Siemens S7-1215 PLC,industrial computer and touch screen,based on PID control algorithm,through the analysis of the characteristics and actual requirements of the process parameters,to achieve closed-loop control of the parameters to ensure that the parameter control meets the required control requirements.Secondly,the control system is based on distributed design principles.The use of three PLCs for network control and parallel work can effectively increase the operating speed of the CPU,facilitate the expansion of functions,and make the system modular and systematic.The entire PLC network control system is based on TCP/IP and OPC protocols for network communication between equipment and between equipment and upper computer.The upper computer is used to identify the parameters,and the fuzzy PID controller is established to modify and optimize the PID parameters.Use PLC to control the process parameters,and use the HMI to monitor and control the whole system.Finally,use a small winding device to experimentally verify the control effect of the control system.The experimental results show that the multi-parameter control system based on the logic device network uses the PID parameters corrected by the fuzzy PID controller to control the winding process parameters.It has the advantages of small fluctuations and stable control.It can meet the control requirements of process parameters and further improve the automation and intelligence of the control system,which has certain reference significance for the design of multi-parameter control systems in the future.
