With the popularization of short video to the countryside,rural short video gradually comes into people's sight.Rural short video,a form of communication,with farmers as the main body and countryside as the mainline,plays an important role in the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and rural revitalization in China.The rural short video shows the countryside landscape,traditional customs,local food and so on,presents the fine cultural meaning of the countryside,changes the long-time stereotype of the society on the "backward" and "mess" of the countryside,which makes a great difference in the realization of rural cultural revitalization in China.In addition,the rural short video contains strong economic value,which can bring direct or indirect benefits to farmers,and helps farmers to eliminate poverty and achieve prosperity.Therefore,through the research on rural short video,and attention paid to the production and life of farmers,so as to promote the overall development of rural economy,humanities and technology.This paper takes "Witty Sister Nine" as the research object to explore its communication strategy with research methods of case analysis,content analysis and others,summarize its problems,and propose relevant improvement measures,providing references to promote communication strategy of rural short vid eo.There are three parts in the paper: introduction,main body and conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the research background,significance,key and difficult points of the thesis.The main body is divided into four chapters.The first chapter describes the generation and development of rural short video;the second chapter analyzes the communication strategy of "Witty Sister Nine".Through the statistical analysis of samples,this chapter explores the success of "Witty Sister Nine" from the following six aspects: main body of communication,communication content,communication media,audience,profit and brand.The third chapter points out some problems and challenges in the communication strategy of "Witty Sister Nine" since her start.The fourth chapter puts up with some suggestions for improvement regarding the problems existing in the communication strategy of "Witty Sister Nine",and provides suggestions for rural short video.Finally,in the conclusion,it is pointed out that the content is the first priority to support the development of rural short video industry.No matter how the form changes,the quality of original content is always the core competitiveness of the media brand.In the future,the rural short video should be more creative,professional and more accurate to the users.
