With the development of 5G,mobile Internet,cloud computing,etc.,the role of data in promoting social and economic development has become more and more prominent.In 2020,the country will regard data as the fifth major production factor and propose to promote the free flow and sharing of data elements.Significant is selfevident.However,my country's current social data islands are widespread,and data is difficult to freely flow and share,and its value is difficult to realize,especially because of the concept and lack of third-party platform docking requirements between enterprises,the current situation of data sharing is not optimistic.This article selects the emerging domestic social e-commerce field as the research object to explore the motivations of its data sharing,and builds a social e-commerce data sharing collaboration mechanism from the perspective of synergy,and provides reference suggestions and guidance for promoting social e-commerce data sharing and collaboration.Based on the research at home and abroad,this paper starts to study the related issues of social e-commerce data sharing from the perspective of data ecology.Firstly,through a review of domestic and foreign research status to understand previous research;and through related research and theories in the fields of data ecology,data sharing,and social e-commerce,the concept of this research is defined,and the theoretical foundation of this article is laid;secondly,it is based on grounded theory.Analyze the motivations of social e-commerce data sharing and collaboration,and identify five types of influencing factors of social e-commerce data sharing,namely sharing effort,sharing value,security perception,data availability,technical factors,and sharing environment,and build on this basis The model of influencing factors of social e-commerce data sharing is introduced.Then learn from the theory of information ecology,analyze the data ecology of social e-commerce data sharing from the three perspectives of data ecology system,data ecology chain,and data niche.Finally,based on the previous analysis,we apply policy text analysis from the perspective of synergy theory to analyze the synergy elements of social e-commerce data sharing from the four dimensions of subject synergy,object synergy,technical synergy,and environmental synergy,thereby constructing social e-commerce.The framework and mechanism of data sharing and collaboration,and on this basis,further derives the binary collaboration model of social e-commerce data sharing,that is,the data collaboration model within the social e-commerce platform and the diversification of the social e-commerce integrated data sharing and collaboration platform The main body data sharing and collaboration model has important reference value for guiding and promoting social e-commerce data sharing and collaboration.
