Collaborative Research On Data Security Policies Of E-commerce Platforms

E-commerce has changed the production mode of traditional society and has had a profound impact on the strategic adjustment of the corporate structure.It has become a new growth point for the world economy.Almost all large multinational companies in developed countries have realized e-commerce.The rise of the e-commerce industry,from the perspective of the type of market entity,the most important development is the strong rise of the new type of e-commerce third-party platform,and become the main body of e-commerce activities.Compared with the traditional business model,the e-commerce platform is a brand-new model platform.The e-commerce platform can be accepted and widely used by users in a short time because it has more comparison with traditional physical business,convenient,fast and low price.With the development of big data technology,security defense has become a major problem in e-commerce security.The "Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China",which was officially implemented on January 1,2019,adopts standardized order and standardized behavior,implements healthy and orderly and sustainable development,promotes the development of the network economy and the digital economy,and strengthens electronic transaction protection.Conducive to the development and utilization of e-commerce data information and protection.Under such a background,the research on data security policy collaboration of e-commerce platform is more conducive to standardizing the use of data in e-commerce,which is conducive to the establishment of more harmonious between government,industry and enterprise,between merchants and consumers.Friendly relationship,in terms of data security policies,neither the accurate concept nor the related research reports and academic papers are scarce.Most of the existing research results are mostly brief articles in the network,lacking national standards for document nature.Therefore,the author also hopes that with the relevant policies of the e-commerce platform,special research on data security policies will be carried out with a view to gaining some results.This paper is divided into the following six aspects.The first chapter is introduction,mainly elaborated the era of big data.The background and value of the data security policy coordination is the "traditional industry combined with Internet accelerated speed" and the e-commerce platform after the introduction of the new e-commerce law.The second chapter focuses on the definition,including e-commerce platform,e-commerce platform data coverage content,data policy,synergism and so on.The author adopts literature survey method,policy text analysis method,organization dependence theory,example method to analyze and study.The third chapter mainly introduces the data classification and opening in the e-commerce platform.The fourth chapter is the analysis of personal data security risks and corresponding data security policies of e-commerce platforms.Through the case study of personal data opening and protection,the policy analysis is more vivid and convincing.The fifth chapter through the omni-directional multi-angle policy text analysis,on the theoretical basis of e-commerce platform personal data security policy collaborative research.Chapter 6 summary and prospect,the author summarized the paper,and put forward the shortcomings of the research and can be further improved.
